A really comprehensive recycling centre. They accept the usual glass, paper, cans, plastic, but also things like electronics, used clothes, books, medical apparatus like wheelchairs. Went in Dec 2024, needed no bookings. The volunteer uncle was very helpful and kind in helping us take our larger items out.

To do your part, sure you sort by materials before bringing, and obviously try to make sure they are clean!

Those handling the donated recyclable items are volunteers. It is very heartwarming to have societies like Tzu Chi helping to save our environment. They even provide separate bins clearly identified for the types of items sent.

We should help to ease their workload by placing the items correctly into the respective bins.
***A sincere plea to all respected item donors: Please do not simply throw the items all over the place. Items like cardboard boxes & newspaper, are soaked when it rains, making them almost impossible to be sorted and recycled.

The place is open for visit by reservation only. Their recycle terminology. 5R, Rufuse,Reduce, Reuse, Repair, and Recycle should wide spread to everyone.

This is a recycling centre fully operated by volunteers.

A huge recycling centre. Able to repair machines or appliances so as to recycle those machines or appliances.

Well kept and clean.

They operate every Monday till Saturday from 8.30 am to 1.00 pm. Close every Sunday except the third Sunday of every month.

The centre also provide a collection area outside their centre for donors to place their donations when the centre is closed.

Access to the centre is simple and plenty of space for unloading.
