I'd like to give my school of thought of this learning centre. First, I am a new teaching staff here. It's been a month since I first set upmy feet in KB.
This learning centre has been improving to better itself by being a more professional one in terms of the management, the classes offered, as well as the staffs are friendly and peofessional. Lately, I have taught some classes from the primary one to secondary levels. I am impressed how the kiddos behave in their learning that they are highly keen on studying with me.

My childhood is inside this building. Now im 30 years old. Thank you to all teachers that teach me on 2004-2006. I remember their name Teacher Farah and Teacher Ayi.

I went to book a language class with its director himself but since the class that i chose was not in demand, they need to find at least a few students to form a class. The director asked me to pay in order to book my place for that class and agreed that the booking fee was refundable if the class cannot be formed and proceed to give me a receipt upon receiving my booking fee. After few months of not receiving news from this tuition center, i called to asked on the progress and the staff informed that the class cannot be formed as there are no other students interested. I asked them for my booking fee over the phone call, the staff said that any booking fee is not refundable as it was stated on the receipt. I went to the center to meet with the Director but he was not in office and even not in Kelantan at that moment. They gave me all excuses for not paying my money -- all money received by the center would be sent directly to HQ in Penang whatsoever and they do not have the cash at that moment, i have to wait for the Male Director etc. I asked the staff to tell the Male Director to call me and even gave them my phone number. However, after that day, I heard nothing neither from the center nor the Male Director until....

What triggered me to write this review because one of staff called me to promote a Language Class two months ago. I know she was not the party to blame in this happening, but i cannot help to feel so angry that the center dare to keep my information and call me to invite for their Language class after CHEATED out of my money! I am writing this review after years that this happened to myself and hoping that it will not happen to anyone else.

To the owner of this Language Center and that Male Director, i will not forgive you for lying and not paying back my booking fee.
