The tutor is very nice and friendly, you could ask him/her to help or guide you and they won't hesitate to help .Other than that, I feel like taking online courses are already sufficient for me since I have already known english and speak english regularly since childhood. My english tutor, miss katie, also taught me all of the basics and helped me improved my writing skill. For those who aren't fluent in english might need to take physical classes to help you focus more in the area that you're not very good at. Overall, 10/10 service, very friendly very nice and very demure.
