As a parent, I am really glad that we found this tuition centre. My child has improved in their studies and become more confident. The small class sizes allow teachers to give more attention and support to each student. I also appreciate that the centre always keeps us updated on our child’s progress.

The tuition teacher lack of communication and feedback of the kids learning status.

When I approach them and feedback my kids know nothing while I tested him prior the exam.u knw what their answer? Since they are grp tuition, they don't feedback until end of the year!! I asked whether can periodically update at least parent know how to follow up, they said all the kids send here with study problem and they got no responsibility on it. Wow...

To parent who wan to send ur kids here. Better think twice!!

I enroll my 7 year old child to this academy, but I am very very disappointed. The quality of the center is so poor and in a mess. The teacher is not only NOT attentive, but don't know how to teach kid or identify problem. Literally, my son learn nothing at all during the short enrollment period despite the working sheet marked nearly 100% correct. However, I found out from my son that all the answers he wrote is by copying others answer rather than he understand and know how to answer. Is this the way of PY academy teach the student? And to my shock, the teacher was not even knows about it until we told the teacher in charge about the problem. As expected " to his Surprise " --- he immediately tested on my son who truly knew nothing. Nevertheless, no action is taken and no improvement seen. I feel like "as a busy working mother" who has confide her son to your center, but I have to identify the problem to the teacher rather than the teacher pointed out the issue to me and settle for me. What a real disappointment. Furthermore, my son pencil's box and pencils kept missing daily and I have asked the teacher to look into this matter ( literally asking for help indirectly , hoping the teacher can pay more attention to my son and ascertain his things including his pencils, pencil box are all in order every time after the teaching session), but again it is being neglected. Pencils, erasers are continued to get missing in this center. Can imagine how bad is this center, not only NOT knowing how to teach a kid both in education and discipline. I truly understand that perhaps my son also behave mischievously hence resulting in all the above issues, but This is just a kid-- teacher should take note of each kid learning understanding and find a solution as well as discipline child to ascertain school stationery is in order. How to learn if even this simple thing teacher cannot keep track and check before school disposal.
