If you’re looking for a “mobility service” that abandons a stage 4 cancer patient because she’s apparently “not disabled enough,” congratulations — this is the perfect company for you.

I booked them so my mother could attend her hospital radiotherapy treatment. The driver showed up, saw her walking slowly, took a video, sent it to management, and proudly declared it was “against policy” to take her. Then he just left her there.

Policy? What policy? Nothing in writing, nothing on WhatsApp, nothing on their website. Yet their website happily shows photos of able-bodied people smiling in wheelchairs. Apparently those customers qualify — but my terminally ill mother doesn’t.

This isn’t even a free service; it’s payable. On Wednesday they managed, on Friday they canceled last-minute because of “emergency leave,” and today they abandoned my mother without care.

No apology, no explanation, no accountability. Just silence. Truly the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and heartless “service” I’ve ever come across. Worst of the worst — absolutely NOT recommended.
