Went to Pejabat Tanah Selangor office located here to pay Quit Rent/Cukai Tanah.

Went there under the impression that there is a small office for pejabat tanah daerah petaling based on Internet search n past reviews. Reached there only to find out that the pejabat tanah office closed years ago. Rest of the large complex is unoccupied with only a handful of individuals sitting in 1 office and collecting wat i can only assume is gaji buta. Either fully utilise the building and space eg make it a UTC, or demolish it n build something else useful for the public.

In the library, air cond is not functioning well & bad connection Wi-Fi but overall the lighting is good & clean environment

I'm just writing about the library.
On the whole, I'm grateful for this kompleks.
And the library. There's a good place for me to use my computer and get some work done.
However, I noticed some parts of the wall are cracked, maybe because water leaked through, and there's mold as well.
Could be a health hazard. The tables weren't wiped..my fingers were coated with grey..not a major issue..
Still, I wished the library was more well maintained.. this is my first time here though..I don't really hear people talk much about this library..mostly people go to the one in Shah Alam..there's one in Puchong..no searches for library turn up in Subang, and I just happened to stumble upon it in one of my searches..and realised there's one in this kompleks here..
In summation, thank you for everything. Perhaps in time this will be a go-to library! Or perhaps it already is!

Went to Pejabat Tanah Selangor office located here on a Monday afternoon to pay quit rent for a Shah Alam property. Service was fast since there were no crowd. A queue number system is followed.There is ample parking available at the compound near to the main entrance of the complex at Jln SS 13/3, Subang Jaya.

No proper signage and insufficient seats in waiting area. Not even fans in waiting area. Only 3 counters for quit rent payments in land office and why does it take long to serve one customer for bill payment? Waited 30 minutes and only 5 persons served. Decided to pack up and go home after another person in queue shared the website for payments with me.

Went to Kompleks 3C Gate 4 for cukai tanah payment. Ample of free parking spaces in the vicinity itself. Only 1 person in front of me, quite fast. Went during RMCO period.
