I’ve had the pleasure of being guided by Ms Adriana, my education advisor at Tymba Education, since I first registered for the part-time study ACCA qualification under the Unlimited Guarantee Pass (UGP) program in December 2023.

From the very beginning, Ms Adriana was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing clear guidance throughout the registration process. Not long after enrolling, I realised I needed to prioritise the early stages of my career development, and I sought advice on deferring my studies.

I’m truly grateful for the professional support I received — both from Ms Adriana and the Tymba Education management team. They were very understanding and responsive, and with their help, I was able to defer my studies for two years, with a plan to resume in December 2025. This deferment has made a big difference, allowing me to focus fully on building my career foundation without compromising on my long-term ACCA goals.

At first, I found it quite difficult to register with Yayasan Peneraju for the ACCA program because the information I had was very limited, only from my friend. Luckily, I had Miss Adriana! She has always been there to assist me whenever I needed guidance. Her warm and friendly attitude makes it very easy for me to communicate with her, and she never gets tired of answering my questions, no matter how many times I ask. On top of that, the time to ask questions is very flexible, not limited to office hours. This has made it so much easier for me to get the support and answers I need without having to wait.
