I found out about this studio back in April, recommended by a friend.

Studio was clean and nice.
Instructor Mavis was very warm and welcoming.

It has been a wonderful and enjoyable 3 months since I first started coming here. Mavis will help you and push you to do your best, she believed in you more than you believed in yourself 😂 and most importantly, she always ensure students' safety throughout the session.

Would like to try other classes with Teacher PeiPei next.

Definitely would recommend everyone to try out this place!

I’ve been attending classes at Align Yoga Studio for a little over two months, and I absolutely love it here! Both Mavis and Pei Pei are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Their guidance makes a huge difference, especially with the small class sizes, which allow for more personal attention and detailed corrections.

I've tried Aerial Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Wheel Yoga, and Mat Pilates, and every class has been a great experience. The studio has a very welcoming and positive atmosphere, and the classmates are all super friendly and encouraging.

If you're looking for a studio with caring instructors, a supportive community, and a wide range of classes, Align Yoga Studio is definitely worth checking out!

I absolutely love the classes here! 💖 Every session feels like my whole body from my core, shoulders, glutes, thighs to even my calves is gently but properly awakened. It’s not just about working out or sweating. It’s about learning how to move better, balance better and feel more connected with my body. ✨

What makes it extra special is the teacher’s kindness and care. Since I’m new, she always smiles and gently says, “Don’t worry, I’m here, I’ve got you.” 🥹 This gives me such a strong sense of safety and comfort. I can trust the process and try new things without fear. 🥰

And the classmates here are so sweet and warm! 🌸 Everyone encourages each other and you can really feel the positive vibes in the room. We are all cheering each other on. No stress, no pressure, just pure support and good energy. 🙌🏼💕

The studio is large and well equipped, but classes are intentionally kept small to ensure each student gets personal guidance. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Highly recommended if you want to train your body with care, patience and lots of love! 💗

The instructor Mavis was very detailed and patient when guiding me through each movements despite me feeling unsure and not confident about my abilities. She’s allowed me to start believing in myself more and I can’t thank her enough for it! Truly one of the best instructors out there! Would 10/10 recommend without hesitation to my family and friends 🙏🏼
