This institute dont even pick up calls or reply any Whatsapp messages now. I am a current student and feel that there is a big drop of quality in this institute as to the quality of the lecturers and customer service. After you pay and sign up, they just forget and never reply to you. Not a good place to study!!

If you are looking for a REA (real estate agent) course, this is a place to be. A lot of things can be learned from the real experienced lecturers. You can even have opportunities to re-watch classes conducted previously so that you can pick up the points you had left out. However it would be great if they could provide career opportunity talks from the real estate companies so that hand-on students like me so that we can explore and expand our careers further. Keep up the good works!

I'm glad that I've been through NCC class at Good Institute, they have really good speaker, experience speaker, great knowledge and down on earth sharing.
Belive me, it is not boring at all, but it is so much of engagement and sharing of experiences and knowledge.

Definitely recommended for anyone who wanted to know more about the real estate industry. Begin your very first step here will be a good decision 👍👍

Part 1 tutors were great, But most of tutors at Part 2 not competent as a online trainer.

The Whatsapp service starts to "Seen without reply", maybe ignoring old student and get more sales.
