Poor service at this ttc Usj 9, payment must paid at the app, then u must fill in your kids tution subject, I have 5 kids how to remember the subject, every month paid, every month ask what subject, my kids also angry, this payment service is our parent to do, some more your kids didn’t go to tuition, they also not inform the parent, when u ask for it, they say need one month later then know. What tuition center. That mean u paid for it, your kids come or not come, they don’t care.

Ex-student here. This is really a great place for secondary school level tuitions. The receptionist is very kind and very well understanding. I don't get why people say that the senior receptionist being rude, she raised her voice by a little just because she thought you couldn't hear her clearly since now we are wearing masks. And also the working hour of receptionist is stated clearly at the counter that it closes at 9pm so as it is. Also to highlight that it's true that your child gets blocked by the centre since you didn't pay up the fees since so long ago. The concept is just like debts. To sum up, the service provided and the tutoring is superb 👍👍is just some people reviews being so unreasonable

Aunty Nora best receptionist, immediate action and very polite. I don't know why so many reviews that say Aunty Nora is rude, if she tell you cannot do something means there is a reason, it's not like she is rude, maybe she is just following a set of rules that the boss has given her. She is very kind to people and the receptionist beside her. Tutors are great as well, can teach very well. 👍👍👍👍

Poor Service of the receptionist. I have paid tuition fee in mid Aug under TT transfer and uploaded into TTC app. On 02/09, my kid paid again for Aug fee together with Sept. When I checked with receptionist why TTC don't check upon my kid past her the money. She just respond me. Your kid said pay for which month she just open invoice without review student name payment record. When I ask her again.
if parents didn't notice and highlight what do you do? She reply me it student and parent fault not her problem. Very disappointed with her service and attitude. Dear all parents, be conserve your payment to TTC Subang with their insincere service.

Agreed with all the commend here about the no brain reception lady. The stupid reception lady is very RUDE and like she is the owner of this center. Even when parents want to take T&G photo to made payment, she do not allow you to do so. You have to present infront of her when making payment. I wanted to save the T&G scan code. She jump from her chair and hide the scan code and said CANT DO THAT . OMG. Who is the owner of this shop. I really want to see the owner and tell them sack her

Receptionist Lady (Senior Old Lady) has a very rude attitude. The way she speaks to parents, its like we must listen carefully or else she will raise her voice if we would ask her again. First time encounter paying of tuition fees also need to follow the SOP. Paying online, every time need to fill up so many questionnaire , need to download payment receipt, upload at the link and so on or else any info not correct, we will need to redo again. so troublesome. Payment over the counter also need to fill up a slip. We want to pay money also make it so difficult.

Vry unprofessional receptionist (senior chinese lady ) refused to let me in as i was there at 9.20pm to pay my girls tuition fee at d counter as their online payment system is complicated. She said counter closed at 9pm. Ridiculous reason wer my girls class is only starting from 9.10pm-10.10pm. She was rude & she don’t provide any other options to help . Hope d management could tk action on this matter. Get another reception for 9.10pm to 10.10pm to provide services fr the parents who coming after work to send kids fr classes. Anyway vry grateful to the teacher who teaches vry well . Tq
