My sister had her wedding there, and they gave us another option by having discount rooms. Surprisingly, every room had hair dryer and iron with iron-board.
Tiles inside bathroom was clean with complete toiletries!

If you love to capture the Sunrise and Sunset from the room, this is one of the Hotel you can choose to stay, aim for the higher floor. Our choice of room was Standard Twin Room at RM150.00 per night, comfortable and cosy. The breakfast may be average but there's an option for you to order at RM15.00. From Reception to Cashier, to the Housekeeping and event crews, all are super ramah mesra, keep it up guys and thank you for making our stays meaningful ❤️

Quite impressive with the hotel. I've known about the hotel since young & label it as an old hotel. But, didn't expect their facilities to be quite complete. All the basic necessities and glad for just a superior twin room, I still can have hairdryer and cloth iron in the room. They also provide more than just soap & shampoo. The room is also comfortable and spacious. The price is also reasonable.

Kedua kali masuk. Ok berbanding hritu. Hritu bole2 towel bekuning kuning suda bawah katil. Bau rokok, mkin stress msuk. Yg terpaksa buka tingkap😭🙏🏻. Tapi review sy laki sruh pdm, sbb tlmpau😂.

Very strategic location, book to play tennis with my wife, walking distance to sports complex Keningau, easy access to town area, 5 minutes drive to town area. Will stay again.

Old but gold

Stayed in the same hotel about 20 plus years ago, great to see some effort to update the rooms with the times. Elevator size is a little claustrophobic. They do what they can and for both nights we were there, parking can be tricky with weddings (one each night) being hosted here. Soundproofing from rowdy guests (wedding guests?) was terrible especially in the corridors.

Room was satisfying with the generous size and comfy bed, the cleanliness however leaves a big factor between coming back or not. The housekeeping team needed to put a lot more effort in. Small trash left by previous guests (even with housekeeping “clean up”) remained in the same spot for all the days we were there. Please do better, we really want to come back again. I also hope the management can consider changing the air vent in the bathroom (see pic).

To be fair, Air con is good, water pressure is also good, WiFi is surprisingly great. Don’t stop being good, Strive to be better, we love you!

We got the family suite room and added 2 extra beds for the children. The room is quite spacious. However, customer service can be further improved.
