I had the opportunity to join the K-Youth Development Program organized by Talent Suites Sdn. Bhd., and it was truly an amazing experience! The classes reminded me of my study days — fun, interactive, and filled with valuable lessons.

Throughout the program, we explored various topics such as soft skills, Excel, and other essential areas that really prepare us for the professional world. I found the sessions especially practical because they helped us improve our communication, teamwork, and confidence — all crucial qualities when starting a career.

What made the experience even more meaningful was the diverse group of participants — from SPM/SKM holders to Diploma and Degree graduates — all learning and supporting each other along the way.

I’m truly grateful to Talent Suites for organizing this program. It has not only provided me with new knowledge but also inspired me with the confidence and motivation to step confidently into working life. I highly recommend it to anyone eager to grow both personally and professionally!

I participated in Talent Suites Sdn. Bhd.'s K-Youth Development Program, and I had an amazing time! The classes were entertaining, interesting, and packed with valuable teachings, and they truly took me back to my study days. We gained a lot of knowledge on Excel, soft skills, and other crucial topics that truly helped us be ready for the working world. Personally, I thought the workshops were really useful since they taught us how to be more confident, work in teams, and communicate more effectively—skills that are crucial when you first start your profession. The variety of attendees added to its uniqueness. There were individuals learning alongside and helping each other from a variety of educational backgrounds, including SPM/SKM, diploma, and degree. I sincerely appreciate Talent Suites for putting this program together!

First of all, the classes are extremely basic — nothing beyond surface-level stuff — even though most of the coaches actually have impressive backgrounds and experience. The only decent class throughout the whole thing was Coach Firdaus’s. Everything else felt dull and unorganized.

The management, on the other hand, is a total mess. They straight-up false advertised the program — claiming that participants would receive RM2.5k for the first month, only to prorate and cut nearly half the amount later, even for those who attended almost every single class.

The scheduling system? A complete joke. Students are given barely any proper time, and the attendance system is just awful.

In short — 100% NOT RECOMMENDED.
If you’re genuinely interested in the K-Youth program, save yourself the headache and join another company. This one is a disappointment.

We engage with Talent Suites as our payroll management vendor since 2023. Great service so far by the TS team and the cheapest in the market for sure! Would highly recommend SMEs or startups who are looking to outsource their HR management to engage with Talent Suites.

I joined the K Youth Programme under Talent Suites, and honestly, it has been a disappointing experience.

They teach topics like "Organizing and Planning" yet the programme itself is highly unorganized. Classes are often cancelled without any notice, and sometimes they are scheduled abruptly at the last minute. There is no proper system to keep track of students’ attendance, and the records are often inaccurate.

Communication is also poor. Announcements are made through WhatsApp, but inquiries from students are rarely replied to. The lack of structure and efficiency makes the programme frustrating and not worth joining.

Before running such a programme, please ensure you have a proper system in place. If you are going to teach about organization and planning, you should be applying those principles yourself.

Joined Kyouth programme under Talent Suites. Worst experience ever. No proper management of online and physical classes. The payment list was not clear and caused many students to miss out on their appropriate schedule for payment. Advertisement was that the students would receive a monthly allowance for the internship, but we have already finished our internship, and we still haven't received the payment. Selectively choose students who have higher chances of being employed after the internship to improve their KPI results, instead of choosing students who need assistance for employment after graduation. Communication with students are via WhatsApp blast and is not very responsive through personal chat. Please make sure you have a proper training structure before you organize such programmes for students.
