The cleanest Muay Thai gym I’ve been to in PJ. The gym is well-ventilated, the toilets and shower are clean. The classes are fun and intensity is appropriately scaled for a good workout every time.

The coaches are knowledgable and also really nice, they have a really good sense for the sport and are able to help you refine your technique and overall form.

They are encouraging and won’t hesitate to help you improve your stamina and fitness levels. 10/10 would recommend 🙂

AO8 Academy hands down is the best Muay Thai gym here in KL (I would even say in Malaysia).

Whether you're aiming to learn for self defense, lose weight, just for fun, train for a fight; the coach is able to cater to them all.

Ranging from students of all levels, and of various ages, literally everyone is welcome here!

The trainers speak fluent English and Thai. One of the trainer can speak some Mandarin as well!

Personally I've trained with all of the coaches for 3 years, and it was the best decision I've made for myself.
