Highly recommended for all ages. Great investment for maintaining our body especially with our current inactive/desk bound lifestyle. Very low to no impact hence very safe especially for the elderly and anyone with injuries. Value for money as its kinda like going for physiotherapy, massage, stretching and strength sessions all in 1. Also safe time as no need to sign up for so many different classes.
I tried this because I was looking for something that was safe for my neck issues and 'stiffening' body. But found it to be more beneficial as they teach us how to re-train our muscle to do simple things like standing up the correct way, and relaxing our shoulders when lifting our arms up. Who would think standing up right would be so challenging, that I could even break a sweat. It will take a few classes to relearn and re-train our muscles but definately worth the patience. Recently when at working at the warehouse, I could easily squad and stand multiple times without even thinking about it and didn't feel tired nor had any aches. Am very happy with my progress. Thank you Stretch Therapy MY. Looking forward to further improvements and being back to my younger active days.

An avid hiker, diver and outdoor enthusiast, I was looking for someone to help me with my muscle stiffness and backache. After searching on Google, I stumbled upon Stretch Therapy. After 4 lessons with Wai Kuan, I am able to learn how to stretch the different stiff muscles in my body. Even as a medical doctor myself, this is the first time I know how to engage and stretch my pyriformis muscle 😅
I'm looking forward to learning more. Highly recommended 👍👍

I am having some neck and shoulder pain for quite some time. My body also very stiff.

I discovered Stretch Therapy (ST) from passing by and Google Search. I decided to give it a try.

I understand from the trainer that I am having some posture incorrect issues and this could partially contribute to my neck and shoulder pain.

After attending ST classes for about 2 – 3 months, my posture already shown some improvement and my pain also reduced gradually.

I am a slow learner and I am still at the beginning level. I will continue to stretch whether I am in ST classes or at home.

Wai Kuan and Chi Chang are both professional trainers. I would recommend everyone to join as from my understanding, proper stretching is very important for all ages.

I believe patience and consistency will be the key for us to see and feel the results.

Highly recommended this !!!

I use to unknowingly develop repetitive strain injuries on my wrists and ankle as well as dull pain on neck and shoulders. After I join Stretch Therapy, all this problems resolved.

I have been joining Stretch Therapy before covid. During covid, I continue my practice at home and 2 years ago I joined back the classes.

Before Stretch Therapy, I need to wear knee guard on my right knee when I go for holidays and outdoor activities. After joining Stretch Therapy exercises I can freely enjoy myself without knee guard.

My second experience was last year I fell and hurt my hips. By practicing Stretch Therapy exercises, it helped me recover faster. Beside all this pain and injury, I feel fitter and stronger especially strengthening on my core muscles. My posture improves, more aware on how to relax my body on my daily activities.

Stretch Therapy is a very relax exercise, I really enjoy the classes very much.

I discovered Stretch Therapy when searching for recovery exercises after my clavicle fracture. I learned so much more, it is such an essential practice for our whole body. I'm in my late 30s and needed corrections on posture after sitting in front of laptop for long hours as well.

It helped me gain more flexibility and strength on parts of my body that can help with balance and coordination, better prevention from falls. It takes consistent practice to see results while following my own pace.

Wai Kuan and Chi Chang are very experienced teachers and shared different ways to achieve stretches effectively. I joined regular classes and workshop when available, and really enjoyed the friendly and supportive community.

Recommended for all ages! When you put in work, see and feel the results, it's all worth it. Love the Stretch Therapy family.

After I retired, I was doing a fair bit of gardening, brisk walking and a little gym work to keep fit. I thought I was doing enough until a neighbour recommended that I join Stretch Therapy.
After joining the classes for 1 year now, then only I become aware of the restrictions in my body. The exercises are targeted and covered almost every part of our body. This made me realized the many parts of my body which are stiff & under-used.
Now I am feeling more agile & flexible as I move around doing my daily chores. I also feel I have more strength and my limbs are better coordinated as I move around. I am more aware of my posture now.
Another good point is that I get to meet many friendly "seniors" in the class, some are already in their 3rd or more years in the class.
Now my wife and daughter are also with me in the class. Once a while, my Singapore granddaughter also joins the class when she comes to visit us.

I am so glad that I listened to my friend and joined Stretch Therapy.

Exercise three to four times a week was my routine. However, I still suffered from neck and back pain. After spending thousands on Physiotherapy treatments, the pain was relieved but still there. A friend recommended me to go for Stretch Therapy.

The classes cover all parts of the body from head to toe so you get to know your body like never before. Wai Kuan and Chi Chang are very experienced teachers so they are able to identify the causes of your restrictions and teach you how to improve on that.

Now I become more body aware. I learn how to exercise and relax correctly in Stretch Therapy. The classes are fun and effective. We get to do a lot of different things. I enjoy it so much.

Thanks to Wai Kuan and Chi Chang, I feel good now and look better too!
