Overall not ok..jgn la sewa kereta sini, kita oder kereta lain dpt kereta lain da satu hal, kereta yg di bagi tu da mmg sedia ade calar balar kemek, tayar pon tayar spare empat.. Alasan xde kereta da sbb da paymnt online awal2 dia bg alasan xde kereta lain..masa pulangkn dia claim kata kita yg bg calar kereta..mcm ni amik ngn org melayu..nk anaya org je.. Last dia call staff dia bg tahu mmg kereta da calar..not recommnd la amik ngn agency ni..hrga pon mahal..

Avoid at all cost.

They mentioned any accidents,scractch or tire issues will be heavily fined. I argued it was unethical to ask customer to pay when they actually claimed insurance incase of any accident! And the cars already had scratches too, its not like they were newly bought cars!

They were shocked on my reason,got angry then refused to answer and rudely throw the money for returning my deposit.

First time renting a car with ridiculous one sided rule.

To avoid and not recommended!

Had a fantastic Mangrove boat tour organised by Shah Kawi we took a private boat and our captain Ali did a great job showing us all the sites, lovely boat

They have car rental service in the airport. An agent brought me to a private car parking place about 5 mins driving away from the airport and it was a very old car but looking from outside was quite nice. I didn’t notice at the beginning and were told would be fine with a slight scratch in the surface. When I returned the car with a gentle scratch in the back side, they charged really expensive, almost the same price for 3 days of rental fee. Definitely not recommended.
