I have been using Canon printers for many years and once a while when I need to service or repair my printer, will send it over to this place. The receptionist is very friendly and able to explain the potential issue and also give me an estimated cost. Most of the time (actually 2 to 3 times la, hardly got major issue with the printer), the quote ended up more or less accurate.

My most recent visit was a major one though as after many years of usage and neglect to my printer, I finally had to send it for print head replacement. Repair was fairly quick, i think it was within 2 working days.

So far really so good with this after sales service from Canon. At least in Penang, it is not a problem for me.

P/S: I have tried sending my printer for 3rd party repair but I think from my experience, better send it back to Canon. The repair seems to last longer and better long term solution. 3rd party service provider may just provide a short term patch up solution only.

This place is in the city center, many public transport options that can be used to Canon Service Center. Parking is spacious but there is no Security parking. Their service is very good, if your service orders unit has been repaired then you will be get a texting to let you know that your unit can be collected. I just collect my Canon G2000 printer, awesome I am very satisfied with the results of the improvements.

Great places. If your printer still have warranty, better come here as that time my printer paper jammed and luckily i sent on Wednesday and get it back on thursday. Fast services.
