We both parents like heguru teaching Method and we strongly believe that the programme will help up in enhancing our children memory and will be useful in their future growth. I have heard of Heguru methods from friend who sent her children to this enrichment class since many years ago and her children do have very good memory skill as compare to their peers. For this reason, I enrolled my daughter with Heguru since she was 9 months old, hoping to help her in her brain development.

Now she has joined about 5 months and we noticed that she has very good attention span and able to focus in class ( most of the time).

As for the lesson method it is indeed conduct in very fast pace and I advise parent who are planning to send their children to attend the programme preview to understand the method better before coming to the class.

Teachers here are well trained and consistent in their teaching methods. They are also kind, loving and patience.

Customer service is quite good too. If there is any suggestion or complain, they do take it seriously and make changes and improve accordingly.

So far I am happy with this school.

Enrolled my son since he was 9 months old. The progress and journey with him in class was fruitful and the development stages and engagement in class has been great! He’s able to speaks well, better attention and able to learn and recognises words/shapes and letters quicker.

He just turned 2 yrs old last week, and he’ll be progressing to toddler class. Enjoyed attending every class with him.

Show the proof that you even bother to discuss, listen, improve, explain. This is the first ever reply I got from heguru, sadly it’s because I gave a bad review. Earlier on review:
Money minded, they don't care about the kids, don't care about the education. All they want is just MONEY. I was with Heguru Midvalley for 2.5 years, and although my child loved attending the classes, I decided to withdraw her due to several concerning issues.

Mask Policy: I provided feedback suggesting that teachers should not wear masks during the intensive 50-minute classes, which involve nonstop instructions and talking. Despite this, the center has continued to enforce the mask policy since the pandemic began. The owner herself struggles to maintain a 30-minute presentation with a mask on and ask the audience permission to remove it because it's too hot and she can't breath, yet she insists on this policy for everyone in the centre. IT WAS SO RIDICULOUS THAT the centre enforced kids and parents to wear to the class too, else penalty will be imposed. And that was just not long ago, happened in last quarter of 2023. This approach is counterproductive as it prevents young children and toddlers from seeing facial expressions, which are crucial for their learning and emotional development. I thought this is about developing brains, and it is disappointing.

Teaching Methods: The teaching approach in my child's class is overly rigid and does not allow children more than two seconds to think before responding. For instance, the teacher would show an object and ask, "What is this?" before the kids could answer, she would command, "SAY! It is a rabbit! SAY AGAIN! R-A-B-B-I-T." Another example is when the class ends and my daughter says goodbye to other kids, the teacher commands, "xxx, SAY goodbye to xxx, SAY! SAY goodbye." This method is horrible and persisted even after feedback was given. It seems more about following commands and repeating words rather than developing the children's brains and allowing them to think independently.

Inconsistent Policies: My child, who is turning four, has been attending class independently for two months as instructed by the teacher. However, the other children in the class still have their parents with them, causing distractions and crying. This inconsistency in policy enforcement creates a chaotic learning environment. Either group the children who need parental support together or apply the same rules uniformly. The management appears to prioritize money over education, as demonstrated by their poor handling of this situation.

Customer Service: When I decided to withdraw my child, the customer service response was inadequate. After being with the center for 2.5 years, one would expect them to inquire about the sudden decision to leave. Instead, they simply sent the withdrawal form, asked me to fill it out, and informed me of the last day. There was no attempt to understand or address my concerns. Never even bother to ask, a month later, sent me another message asking if I have filled up the form. Can’t wait to free out the space for more money. See attached photos. If they ever bother…

Also kids been complaining about the volume which is too loud even for adult ears, no body cares about it, teachers continue to shout, Music continued to be played at highest volume in a confined 30 square ft room and kept telling it’s a proven education program. Now publicly commented that all the points mentioned are personal issue and because of I’m from diverse background. Haha WELL DONE!

Think twice before you follow the trends, there are many other choices out there who really cares about kids.

The environment is very comfortable, hygienic and nice. Front desk staffs are friendly and accommodating. They are very responsive on WhatsApp too. Most importantly the teaching staff is dedicated, engaging and friendly. We have just switched from another right brain training centre to Heguru and find it worthwhile so far 👍🏻

This is really a good program. Since i understand how and when a toddler need for a right brain training, I come to Heguru and where I see their approach is 100% matches to the training. Of course, I always trust and now I see how my son gets the benefits from them. He is homeschooling and he can learns knowledge advancing his age about 2-3 years ahead. This is really amazing and I would continue until he graduated from Heguru 😂

One star because the explanation is not clear, and they don’t bother if you want to enroll your kid earlier or to other center , they “forcefully” want your kid enroll later, either I take it or leave it, maybe business is too good, no negotiation/ flexibility at all. In fact I never said I want to enroll my kid starting in May, but they just made such arrangement thinking that you have to accept it, or as I said earlier, leave it la as business is good.

I brought my kid attended trial class first week of April , happily chit chat with coach and PIC, and said that we were given 1 week to consider and thought can enroll her subsequent week. I informed the staff on 7 April that I would like to enroll my kid, then on 9 April, when my kid happily look forward to attend it, after checking with their staff then only know that she has to wait for 3 weeks and enroll in May, that’s too long and I’m not sure whether she has the momentum and same interest level as of now to enroll the class.

Comparing to other different class, eg chain music school, they are more flexible and can deduct trial class fees in order to enroll my kid asap this month, I don’t have to wait for another month. Heguru MV has Very very bad customer service without any flexibility, they never accommodate to customer need, they just let you go when you say you have to consider again due to this arrangement. If possible I want to give NO STAR.
