I had the privilege of consulting Dr. Anis, an orthodontic specialist from IPPT, and I must say it was an excellent experience. Dr. Anis is highly knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient in addressing all concerns. Her expertise in orthodontics is evident in the way she explains treatment options clearly and tailors care according to individual needs. I love their services. Even though you may get a long gap of appointments. I also get medical checkup here, get my little family's teeth checked here & get proper checkup from a gynecologist here too.

A very bad experience here! I can’t schedule any appointments for my dental checkups and have to battle just to get one on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. HAHAHA all the ways from island to here for nothing. I’m only here because I had a filling done before. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. What a waste!

I'm a Government Hospital staff who came to IPPT, Kepala Batas and did my MRI on 19.3.2024 and they told me to call them after 14 working days to come and collect my report. So I called 04-5622651 on 9.4.2024 (14th day) to see if my report was ready. The person said I have to call back again because everyone is on Raya mood and there is no pakar to do my report. When I asked why does it take so long to do, she answered me, its normal there because its free of charge so must wait for more than 2 weeks to get a report. She said the pakar there will take their time to do the report. Its always like that if its from Government Hospitals. They will only do fast if we pay them like privates. What kind of answer that person can give me. When I asked her not to talk like that, she even said if we are not happy, we can complain as we wish because its very normal there. When I called again on 12.4.2024, they told me report as not been done and she will ask the pakar to do it today. She said to call again on 15.4.2024. When I called today (15.4.2024) she said its not complete still and she will let the pakar know about it and asked me to call on 19.4.2024 to see if it is ready. Its like almost 1 month just to get a report from them. When I said this is not good, she said to me, if I'm not happy I can always do a complain. She said I can come and fill a complain form or do it online too. This is the worst service can anyone get. Please, I hope the IPPT Pengarah were to read this and take action of your staff who gives these kind of answers to public. She is spoiling IPPT's name. Very very bad phone service from IPPT. Not good at all.

I just completed my braces treatment with Dr. Anis, and I'm thrilled with the results! Dr. Anis and the nurses at IPPT dental clinic are very professional, they provided excellent care and were always gentle and attentive, since the initial consultation to the debonding appointment. The EHS price is also very reasonable. I highly recommend their services.
