tolol ni tempat ada 1 tu lelaki tua dulu pakai kaca mata , mau buat online banking dia suruh pula saya pegi buat di k.k padahal sana pun boleh buat, ngam2 lagi hari sabtu tu macam malas2 saja dia mau layan entah mau pegi minum lah tu mau cepat dia balik . sampai costumer pun malas dia mau layan

We need to accept the reality dealing with any bank. Always be prepared with unlimited patients so you'll never being upset by them after that. Actually they always trying hard giving their best service but we can't pushing their limit. Give them space to recognize the consequences causes so they can improve from time to time. We won't get positive results from others but it must be start from ourselves.

I never had this kind unprofessional & poor service before with the bank! I closed my joint name safety boxes account, & decided to reopen my own account. But the person in charge of the safety box, keep asking me to prove for him my source of income! By right he should have my information, because previously I have FD account & 2 safety box with their bank. But I still showed him my tax income, he still not satisfied! Because my income is rent out my properties, and he asked me to bring the agreement to show him!
One day he called me to the bank for opening the account. I went to the bank they asking me to signed all the documents & some more copies my I.c & driving licence They asked me to paid for the safety box deposit!
After that I wait for quite a long time, for them to do my documents. I asked them how long should I need to wait for them to do my documents? I told them my mother at the car waiting for me! And they told me to come back later this afternoon.
So I went back to the bank around 2pm, and this person who in charge of the safety box told me my account still not approved, and he refund my deposit!
The reason is because collect rental is not a job! I really couldn't believe the reason is because my rental income is not a job! So that, I can't open the safety box account!
I only want to open safe deposit box, NOT BORROWING MONEY FROM THE BANK! Why this person want to make the application so complicated! Some more previously I also is the customer of this bank!
Wasting my time and the rejection reason is not according to the bank policy! Very disappointed!

kalau sy tau nama tu staff memang sy mentioned nama dia sini.. sangat2 rude.. kita menunggu giliran utk perkhidmatan dorang, skali sampai giliran kita, melayan punya main rude, marah2.. lepas tu, sy blum habis tanya soalan, ko sudah panggil org lain.. wow.. bgitu ka budaya kerja yg bagus.. sy tau kamu tdk dpt provide tu service skrng, tpi please la reply dgn bagus, bukan marah2.. klu ko ckp bagus2 walaupun kamu tdk dpt provide tu service, customer mcm kami ni okay sja, tiada masalah.. tpi gara2 ko punya gaya yg rude, customer pun tdk suka.. sy rasa klu ko d tmpat kami, ko pun tdk suka kena layan mcm tu.. ko jawatan tinggi tapi tiada adab, security yg bagi nombor tu jauh lgi beradab drpd ko yg duduk di kaunter no 1.. so please lepas ni, beradab sikit dgn customer.. dgn adab semua dpt berjalan dgn lancar..

Bad service!! Even if you are busy, it should not affect your customer service. Is the staff there lack of training? Please see through it. Once your staff is rude, we will definitely change our mind to open a bank account there. Rudeness will not be tolerated.

RUDE STAFF! MALE STAFF AGE AROUND 30-40, ASK YOUR BRANCH MANAGER TO SEND HIM TO ATTITUDE TRAINING. WORST SERVICE & ATTITUDE. THAT BANK NOT OWN BY HIM BUT ACT LIKE HE'S THE OWNER OF THE BANK. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!
