Located on the first floor of Wisma MUIS, the front counter staff are generally very helpful. they even provide hot drinks such as teh tarik and Nescafé, along with traditional pastries.

Can't believe it took them 7 months to process my dermasiswa application lol. and then once it got approved, I had to wait another 2 to 3 months for the money to be credited into my account I even tried to call the customer service (wasted rm7 of my credit btw) yet received no answer. Seriously? Do y'all only has one person working in the call centre?

a very efficient office with excellent, friendly and helpful staff...this premise opens every monday to friday from 8 o clock in the morning till 5 o clock in the evening...except on friday in which they take a rest from 11.30 till 2 o clock...good job to all the staff who have been so cooperative...
