My colleagues went to their training last year November, it was a HRDC Claimable course. Not here to comment on their training quality. But they process their claim application 6 MONTHS AFTER the training, which cause us as an employer delayed our claim application with HRDC and as expected our claim got rejected due to the late submission of the application.

We are not able to process the claim before TP does, it is the t&c from HRDC. It is very UNPROFESSIONAL to process your TP claim after 6 months from the training, which i feel like they do it on purpose. Because they process the claim which is approximately 1 week before the 6 months validity expires. Which let us no room to apply on time for our employer claim.

Very disappointed and it is unprofessional to do so, BSTC.

Terrible service. Their response is extremely slow. I’ve been following up constantly for a week with no reply at all. They dont even answer phone call.
