lunch hour 1:30pm-2:30… saya pergi 3 hari berturut turut pun pukul 3:30pm pun belum bukak.. staff very rude… very bad service

Ok, first of all, almost 60% of the time they don't pickup the phone call and how do they expect us to contact them? Secondly, like 1min ago, I didn't know that the "shop" has closed and I called to the person in charge for booking car practice, the women responded in a very rude way, she said:"do you know what time is it? We've closed the shop and only you call for booking! " and I was about to apologize but, I'm very shocked that she straight away hang up the phone. Sorry, it is really ridiculous for letting "customer" to experience this kind of service attitude. There's dozens of ways to tell me but why do you have to be so rude? There's many more issues with this driving center that I didn't mention here. Hope to see the improvement.
