I was at my wits end with my child. i didn’t know to how handle his new behaviour of screaming, i didn’t know what to do or how to solve it. When i first called Hils, i was skeptical. I find it hard to trust others with my child. But once i meet up with the teachers and the head of the centre, i decided to take the leap of faith. What changed my mind was how warm and welcoming the teachers were. The environment that they have built, felt safe, even for me, an adult. The head of the center said here at Hils, my child would feel safe to express and explore his feelings, and i agree. Looking back, im so glad i had send my child here a year ago, he’s come leaps and bounds since that first day. He is more in touch with his feelings, he understands it better, handles it amazingly and I’m so proud of the kid that he has turn into. I just want to say the biggest thanks to Hils, who helped my child become this better person and helped to build a foundation (i hate to admit) but will never be able to give my child this foundation with my own 2 hands. ❤️

I can absolutely vouch for the ability of the staff here to support children with special educational needs.

Our son has attended two international schools- everyone agrees he is a bright boy but he struggled to engage with tasks he was set and teachers would tell me of their ‘frustrations’ with him. He has attention issues and struggles with writing.

We initially came to Hils looking for a short term solution but extended our time with them based on the improvements we saw. With patience and the right support he has shown that he is capable. The curriculum has been adapted to meet his needs and interests.

I will be eternally grateful that we were able to access this level of support for him. I’m hoping this intervention has set him up for success in the future. It is time for us to go back to the U.K. now but I can honesty say that finding Hils was one of the highlights of our stay in Malaysia

This is a joyful environment to spend time in, I would often wait in the parent area whilst my son was with his tutor and I saw staff that enjoy what they do, they are always learning and even hold study groups in their lunch breaks.
My son has developed academically but more than that he has found confidence in his own abilities and knows his own strengths.

When you have a child that struggles at school it can affect the whole family. Knowing that he has been properly supported has had a positive impact on all of us. I’ve loved our time at Hils, it’s a truly special place!

Hils Learning was the best choice for us. Our child was struggling with a core subject in school, after only 1 season, things improved tremendously! The child was able to appreciate the subject and don't reject the teachings anymore. Kudos and thanks to Hils. After 2 years...the child can even tutor the classmates!
