As a parent who doesn’t read/write Mandarin, this center was very helpful. They are play-based and provide ample opportunities to converse with other Mandarin speakers of varying proficiency levels. They also give space for lots of practice in speaking and writing! Lots of engagement, interactive learning, and definitely teachers who are passionate about their craft. Worth the money!

Both my boys, now 7 and 4 are attending classes at Mandarin PIE. My 7yo started with online classes when he was 4yo and continued until he was 6yo before attending physical classes at the center. And my 4yo is now attending physical classes at the center as well.

The teachers at Mandarin PIE has helped both kids to improve tremendously in their Mandarin pronunciation, especially my older son. One of my goal is for them to love the language and I think Mandarin PIE has successful excel in that.

Always eager to learn, eager to speak and definitely look forward to attending classes every week. My 7yo is now in local public Chinese school and I believe Mandarin PIE has helped him in easing in into a fully Chinese speaking environment.

Definitely a mandarin learning center worth attending. 🙂

My girl started class at Mandarin Pie when she’s 5 years old. At that time when I enroll her,she can’t speak much in mandarin and totally can’t read but after a period of time she can speak and understand in mandarin also can recognise mandarin words. I love the way that mandarin pie teacher teach. She learnt alot from Mandarin Pie. Thank you all the teacher at there especially Sun 老师very patient to teach my girl..

Well-structured and includes a variety of activities such as art and craft, games, and songs, which kept the children engaged and motivated throughout. Thank you for the great work. I absolutely LOVE Mandarin Pie. My now 9yo son started biweekly online lessons with Mandarin Pie's tutor Teacher Ang in November 2020. He has shown significant confidence and improvement in speaking, writing and recognizing characters. Teacher Ang is very patient with him and is willing to help clarify any questions that we have. Mandarin Pie releases assignments / homework each week in addition to the virtual lessons (which I think is great). Athirah, the admin is great, she makes sure communication is done well with parents through Whatsapp. I am so grateful and I've never once regretted signing my son on with Mandarin Pie.

My 10 year old has been attending online classes for about 3 years. It is a class size of 4 and for a duration of 40 minutes, twice a week. Teacher Ang has done a fantastic job in keeping the children engaged and focused throughout the course. In terms of learning, I am happy with what has been achieved in spoken and written ability.
