Great space and community. SPACE IS SO CLEAN!!

Checkout Jiujitsu to see if it’s my cuppa of tea and been there since then close to 8 months now. Coach separates the class newbies, beginners and advance which been a great help for newbies like me to make sense of the movements and drills. 0 intimidations.

Coach is very friendly and handsome but sorry taken yea. Might sweep you off the ground (literally). Teammates are very helpful too! Not to mention, our boys here take cares of their personal hygiene, so no worries about it!

Good place for those who wanna learn other martial arts such as Muay Thai and boxing. Strength & Conditioning class is a bomb too! I can do better more push ups now 🤓

This gym has changed my life both physically and mentally, I have been more motivated and more productive ever since I learned martial arts in this gym, the coaches are really good and the people here are really nice and friendly. I really recommend this place for sure 11/10!! OSS

Trained with the Jiujitsu Coach Back when they started in Puchong.

Its a great place, warm Vibe, vibrant Community. An awesome place to get Fit, meet new friends, learn new skills, develop a sense of Discipline and Self Confidence. Its Very spacious.

The Brazilian Jiujitsu course is Highly highly recommended. The Coach, the community and the friends are very helpful and Experienced. I actually got my Blue belt here!

Good coaches. Tried both classes. It’s so fun~~~~~~~~ they also have a coach that is knowledgeable about recovery. I suggest you try both. Go for muaythai on those stressful days go for Jiu-jitsu when you wanna have fun ❤️

Came to the centre for a trial class that was pre agreed on but we were left unattended for a long time. There weren't any classes ongoing and ppl (who I assume are students) were just sitting around.

Tried calling the Manager's number and the number on the brochure but it's not in service or it belonged to some kid respectively.

Training with Coach Harith has been a game-changer for me this year. I used to struggle with recurring tendinitis and knee issues after an accident, but thanks to his training and guidance, the pain is gone, and I am so much stronger.

I’m really grateful to Coach Harith and the supportive Muay Fit family for always encouraging us to improve and give our best. It’s been an amazing experience training with them!
