DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN here unless you want them to experience yelling and unkind language by the tutor in class.

This tuition centre is run by a couple. They are the same tutors who tutor the kids here. My kid and my friend’s kid go here. They are girls and were asked to leave with a yelling tone by a male tutor simply because they had a non harmful little chat in class while the male tutor was attending to another kid in class. Granted, children chitchat. They’re not adults who can stay quiet and listen.

What right does the male tutor have to say to a PAID student ‘Kau takde adab ke? tak pergi sekolah agama ke? mak bapak tak ajar? with high tone / yelling tone over a girly chat and asked them to leave class Things I never heard of before at a tuition centre.

To tutors/owners of this centre, I am sure my daughter isn’t perfect. She has loads to improve too. But shouldn’t the male tutor with a business license to teach/ tutor handle the situation better? With more mindfulness

You are the educator who can make informed decisions on how to best manage the situation in class. Yelling and using unkind remarks towards young students is never right. Especially when you run a business, it’s like yelling at a customer who just gave you money.

Students can be challenging especially the young ones. I don’t deny that. Teaching academics and delivering it with manners should be your responsibility. Please learn that before teaching the young ones. We need to better this generation and what you did was far from that. Kindly reset your teaching strategy or simply close the center if you can’t model good behaviour in front of your students.

I’m taking my children out of this tuition centre and I hope other parents think twice before sending their kids here. Please take this feedback with an open mind and start improving.
