I started taking yoga classes with Teacher Menaga 2 years back , and I’m really enjoying it! As a beginner, I was a bit unsure at first, but teacher made me feel comfortable right away.

She explain the poses clearly and offer easier options if you need them. The class is calm and friendly, which is great for anyone just starting out.

Her teaching style is patient, clear, and incredibly supportive. She really takes the time to explain each pose, offering modifications to suit different skill levels and ensuring everyone feels comfortable.Teacher Menaga also emphasizes the importance of listening to your body, which has helped me build confidence and stay injury-free.

Now my kids also learning yoga. I’ve noticed so much improvements in thier flexibility and overall well-being. If you’re new to yoga, I highly recommend Teacher Menaga.

first time trying out yoga in my entire life and madam menaga’s classes are super beginner friendly. i really enjoy her classes and with the office syndrome i’m facing due to work, i’m able to improve on my posture as well as my stamina. worth trying out her classes if you’re interested to learn about yoga and also improve yourself 😁

Master Menaga is passionate about yoga, and as so, students benefit the most out of her passion. She is punctual, always on dot for her class, never cancels class and plans ahead.
She is precise of the postures and precisely explains how postures should be done - step by step. Eg - How many degrees you should twist and turn your hands, to get the posture right, for the best benefits.
Irrelevant if you're a beginner or an advanced students, she's always supportive, encouraging and non-judgmental.
