I'm currently a student at The Wave Academy, taking a course called International Diploma In Barista and Western cuisine — and so far, it’s been an amazing journey. The instructors are very friendly and always ready to guide us with patience and care. The learning environment is clean, comfortable, and supportive, which makes each class something to look forward to.

Even though I haven’t graduated yet, I’ve already gained so much knowledge and hands-on experience. I would definitely recommend The Wave Academy to anyone interested in becoming a barista or learning more about baking and cooking. It’s a great place to build your skills and passion in the food and beverage world.

The Wave Academy不只可以学习咖啡拉花还可以深入了解咖啡豆产区，不同国家的咖啡豆风味，学习如何烘豆和浅烘深烘的区别，以及手冲等课程，让我对咖啡有更深入的了解，对咖啡也不只是停留在只有拉花而已，原来咖啡的背后还有很多故事。此外，学院也有提供除了咖啡之外的其他课程，让我们可以学习到更多东西对自己未来的发展也有帮助，例如：烘焙课，调酒课，西餐烹饪课，gourment art and f&b management etc.老师们都很耐心教导，让我受益良多，教课方式也很容易理解，让我很期待每一次的上课时间，可以学习到很多不一样的东西。

I’ve joined The Wave Academy today for their newest wine-tasting course and I’m totally happy that I’ve did that! The whole team was super friendly, the instructor was funny, explained all different types of wine and grapes, answered questions and shared more of her knowledge.
Then we’ve started tasting different types of wines, compared them with each other, learned the differences from the regions the grapes and wines are coming from…and so on.
It was extensive but never too much, just right on point.
And the wine, well…pretty good!
It came with a cheese platter and some sweets which fitted just nicely.

A must go for everyone who’s interested into wines. I’m looking forward to joining again and advancing further in other wine-tasting courses at this great academy!

The Wave Academy barista training course was a great experience. We didn’t just learn barista skills, but also learn deep knowledge about coffee beans and brewing methods. We also have baking, cooking and gourmet art class. The instructor is kind and supportive. They also taught us patiently. I learned many useful skills and knowledge that will help in my future. The environment was also welcoming, which helped us learn and improve easier.
