Pada 23/5/2025 pada pukul lebih kurang 3.10pm sy telah pergi ke kaunter 1 TTPM tingkat 16 untuk membuat aduan penipuan jual beli online. Staff perempuan kaunter 1 meminta sy untuk memberikan no ic milik si penipu yg menipu dalam jual beli online. Staff ni kata wajib ye dapatkan no ic pelaku untuk proses buat aduan. Kita sebagai pembeli dahlah kena tipu pastu kena dapatkan pulak no ic si penipu boleh fikirkan tak ? Sy rasa sgt tidak adil dan sy akan panjangkan kes ni. Bila sy call putrajaya sebaliknya pulak. Kes boleh jalan asalkan sy dah ada detail lain seperti nama, alamat, no akaun bank.

Sy berasa sgt tidak berpuas hati dan tidak adil. Sebelum sy pon ada kes lain yg tidak mendapat no ic si penipu. Xkanlah kes berhenti sampai kat situ je tanpa ada tindakan dari tribunal.

Kalau macam ni lah lagi ramai scammer dan penipu kat luar sana.

Pengalaman saya dengan TTPM Kuala Lumpur amat mengecewakan. Saya juga perhatikan bahawa sesi perbicaraan kerap bermula lewat daripada waktu yang ditetapkan, menyebabkan pembaziran masa dan kos kepada pihak yang terlibat. Keputusan yang diberikan juga tidak disertakan dengan penjelasan terperinci, membuatkan ramai penuntut sukar untuk memahami asas pertimbangan tribunal. Saya berharap pihak TTPM KL dapat meningkatkan ketepatan masa dan ketelusan prosedur untuk memastikan keadilan kepada semua pihak supaya maruah di mata masyarakat dapat dijaga

Staff jaga kaunter akak perempuan tu patut la digantikan merosakan imej badan kerajaan . Lansung tk membantu. Malah layanan pada orang awam sangat teruk. Saya tengok reviews surprisingly ramai yang kena benda sama . Saya nasihatkan pergi ke laman web BIRO PENGADUAN AWAM (pcb) . Complaint je tentang staff ni sampai di ambik tidakkan. Btw kes saya selesai atas kerja sama pihak dituntut sebab dia taknak turun naik tribunal & taknak di public expose, so win2 situation saya batalkan tuntutan di tribunal juga sebab malas akan layanan kurang baik dari pihak sini juga.

This is my second review on TTPM, written because my experience has only worsened since the first time I shared my feedback.

Previously, I wrote with hope that improvements could be made. Unfortunately, what I’ve gone through since then has been even more disheartening. My emails regarding serious errors in Borang 1 & Borang 4 were ignored until I chased repeatedly. When a reply finally came, it shifted the blame back onto me rather than acknowledging what is clearly a flaw in their system. Despite having my correct correspondence address stated in my profile, the generated forms still contained the wrong details — yet no accountability was taken.

During the hearing, instead of receiving guidance or professionalism, I was reprimanded publicly over a minor matter. It was not just unnecessary, but humiliating. For a tribunal meant to serve citizens, this lack of empathy and respect is unacceptable.

Many who come to TTPM are already under financial, emotional, or mental strain. We come here seeking fairness, not to be dismissed or made to feel like an inconvenience. I pray that those responsible for such treatment reflect deeply on their actions. If justice and compassion cannot be upheld here, then surely they will have to bear the consequences in the hereafter.

No citizen should leave a tribunal feeling more defeated than when they entered.

I am very disappointed with the service and attitude of the officer at TTPM. I admit that I am not very fluent in Malay and I do not fully understand the process, but instead of guiding or assisting me, the officer scolded me with very harsh and unfriendly tone.

As a government body that is supposed to help the public, I expected more patience and professionalism. However, the officer showed no willingness to explain or assist. The experience was frustrating and disheartening.

Public service should come with empathy, not arrogance. I hope proper action will be taken to improve the behavior and attitude of the officers dealing with the public.

My experience here was good. All the staffs were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly with great clarity. The judge, referred to as 'Presiden' here in the Tribunal, who decided the case, was very fair and thoughtful. (And side note: To go here to level 16, take the lift near Swarovski on Ground floor (GF)

Absolutely terrible service at TTPM Kuala Lumpur.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I only asked a few simple questions about the process, but one of the Malay female staff at the counter started yelling at us aggressively, with a very hostile attitude and rude behavior. As a government department, this kind of unprofessional and disrespectful conduct is completely unacceptable.

We were already feeling distressed as victims, and instead of receiving support, we were treated with anger and zero compassion. It’s truly disappointing and upsetting. Public servants should know better.
