Hi Wah Seng, pls check ur Golden Churn Butter, i use to buy it n my cake turns out very tasty… I bought three blocks for Deepavali!!! Taste not the same n when i taste the raw butter its totaly not the same as it use to be… Very dissapointed!!!! Looks fake!

I’ve been a long-time regular customer of Wah Seng Bakery ingredients store and often buy in bulk for events and resale. But this time, I was extremely disappointed.

I pre-ordered from them ahead of time to make sure everything would be ready. When I arrived at the shop, no one had prepared my order. I tried to explain the situation politely, but the older lady(Whatsapp user wah seng) at the counter responded very rudely and defensively—as if it was my fault.

There was no apology, no solution offered, and the attitude was shockingly disrespectful for someone who supports their business regularly. I’ve spent a lot of money here over the years, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering.

I hope Wah Seng takes this seriously and improves their staff training and order system. Even a loyal customer like me can be pushed away by bad service.

Wah Seng has been around since 1986. Trusted place to get both local and imported ingredients. Service has well improved over the years, and they are getting better. Parking is still a headache, but there's ample of free parking across the road.

I’m looking for something at this store. I asked one staff (male, tie long hair) about the item i want, but he rudely hold up his hands towards me and just walking away. That is so rude. As a customer i dont know about your store items. Even you are top management, idc, you still work there. Be polite and assist customers well. He is so rude. Please improve instead of giving a customer a rude attitude.

Your staff needs to be trained on customer service! Totally obnoxious with totally no manners at all! I was at the cashier counter and there were one old Chinese lady and another young Malay lady who are extremely rude and no respect whatsoever towards customers! This was on the 18*10/21 at 2.50pm
