I have been taking meridian yoga classes here for more than half a year. Teacher Fiona is very friendly, kind and enthusiastic. The class atmosphere is great and the content she shares is very practical.There are essential oil massages, doing yoga, gua sha and moxibustion, and the flower tea prepared by the teacher is also delicious! I look forward to attend the class every week!

在这里上经络瑜伽的课半年多了，很喜欢Fiona老师的教学方式，上课的氛围也很轻松愉快，而且她分享的内容非常实用。上课除了按摩穴位、做瑜伽，还会有刮痧、艾灸或精油按摩，上课结束后老师会准备自己调配的花茶，每一种口味的花茶都很好喝！每个星期都很期待来上课，强力推荐！
