I started attending yoga at Aly Studio since March 2023. I started with Sammie, Vincent, Abbie and Rachel. They were great yoga instructors. I cannot believe that I could do all these as I started to gain flexibility and endurance gradually. Abbie has taught me ' I would say to do stunts' , all the pose , I had never once thought I could ever do. Sammie has thought me proper alignment which has minimised my knee pain.
Being flexible has no age limitation . Anyone could do it with a little will power, discipline and most of all with the great instructors 'Abbie and Sammie's patience.

Had a wonderful experience doing a drop-in class. Decided to attend a Weds evening class on a whim, messaged one of the teachers on WhatsApp to sign up and got a prompt response.

The class itself was really fun! It was my first time doing inside flow, and Rachel is a great teacher. I felt like the pacing was just right. The class was taught in both English and Cantonese.

Overall, I really enjoyed the friendly, supportive environment. This is a great studio, and I hope to come again soon!

I’ve been attending classes at Aly Studio since July 2024, and it has been such a wonderful experience. The teachers here , namely teacher Abbie, Sammi, Rachel. They are incredibly professional, patient, and attentive to every student’s needs. They take the time to guide us through each pose with clear instructions and gentle encouragement, making the classes suitable for all levels.

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, which makes it easy to focus and unwind after a long day. I truly appreciate the dedication of the instructors and the positive energy in every session. Highly recommended for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice in a supportive environment!

我是台灣人，來這邊上體驗課，光是一堂體驗課，就可以感受到老師的用心，上的非常仔細。在上課過程中，可以發現你的問題，並且針對問題慢慢調整、教你回家可以如何練習！
老師會講英文、華文、廣東話，所有外國人不用擔心上課會聽不懂！
總之，這是一趟收穫良多的體驗課～

We had a great fun class today with Yanny! Love the small class structure in ALY studio. Yanny has been very attentive and clear with instructions and very encouraging in all workouts. Will definitely come back for classes again when we visit Ipoh again! 🙂 thanks Yanny for class again! 🙂

I had a week stay in ipoh while visiting my family. Took a couple of reformer pilates classes and a private lesson with Abbie. I took home a lot of new learnt knowledge and very rewarding experience. Definitely highlight of this trip. Looking forward to the next trip and dropping by the studio again. Hughly recommended this studio to anyone.

💪😊 My Fitness Journey with Aly Studio Ipoh💪😊

Loving the variety of classes at Aly Studio — each one challenges me differently and keeps me active! ❤ Here's what I've tried:

Barre – A beautiful blend of ballet-inspired moves, Pilates, and strength training. Great for toning and improving posture (my legs really feel the burn!). It’s definitely my favorite — I’ve always loved ballet!

Reformer Pilates – Using a special machine with springs, this class builds strength, flexibility, and core control. Every movement feels precise and effective. Perfect training for someone like me 🥰

Mat Pilates – Definitely not easy, but I feel amazing after each session! It focuses on core strength, breathing, and control. That “Yeah, I can make it!” feeling is the best 💪

Inside Flow – So interesting! It’s yoga that flows beautifully with music. Graceful, uplifting, and yes — I sweat a lot, but in the best way! 😍

Big thanks to Aly Studio for making workouts fun, energizing, and meaningful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move, sweat, and smile through fitness! Cheers ! 🌟

Abbie really knows her stuff! I took a month off and stayed in Ipoh, and decided to join her Pilates class. She helped me a lot with my posture, breathing and showed me how to properly engage my core. Super friendly, patient, and gentle too. I wish I had more time to take more classes with her while I was there. Definitely planning to book more private session with her the next time I’m in Ipoh!
